確認済み購入者ポスターはとても素晴らしい。ただ日本からとはいえ送料が高すぎます。リピートします。

確認済み購入者The delivery process was confusing and when using customer service the AI agent gave me a generic answer that wasn’t helpful and didn’t allow follow-up for clarification.

確認済み購入者Order took over a week to come and I really hate companies who use A1 bots to interact with customers without being honest about this-especially giving them human names. It’s wrong 😡

Delivery was stated has being 3 to 6 days and my home address was requested. After 10 days I got a email stating my parcel was ready to be picked up from a post office, so I had to collect at the weekend. If this delivery method was your intention it was not made clear when I made the order.

I took a long time to place an order because some of the items I wanted were not in the size I was interested in. I re-planned the wall design several times. I have ordered from you 3 times, twice it felt like someone had sneaked into the shipment, the packaging was torn, but fortunately the item has always been undamaged. You have excellent product quality. And the delivery was also fast. Thank you very much for that!

The posters, mats and frames we ordered once assembled looked professionally done. The quality of prints is outstanding. We furnished a physicians office with 16 prints and have many positive comments.

確認済み購入者My order arrived very late. I emailed customer service and have not heard back from anyone. There is no phone number to call. No one to talk to and zero follow up.
